U15 camogie team do us proud at Féile
Our U15 Camogie Girls were in action last Saturday in the National Feile na Gael Division 5 hosted by Castletown Liam Mellows GAA in Wexford.
They had a fantastic day in the sunshine and put in some brilliant performances in their four games, against teams from Wexford, Meath, Great Britain and Mayo, eventually going down in their shield semi-final by just one point.
A trip to Sonny's for food and milkshakes topped off an amazing day. A big well done to all the players and thanks to the coaches and parents.

Gaelic for Mothers & Others on fire at national blitz
Our Gaelic for Mothers & Others (G4MOs) ladies had an absolute blast at the Leinster Blitz hosted by our neighbours Bray Emmets last weekend. The sun was out, the football was on fire, and the BBQ was just what we needed to refuel.
On the field, we showed off our skills, had some cheeky moments, and laughed our way through every game. We had some post-match tunes and a well-earned celebration in the clubhouse after. Can’t wait to do it all again next year!
If you'd like to have fun, learn new skills and make new friends, them come along on Tuesday evenings. No experience necessary!

Senior men's footballers pipped in league final

Our senior men's footballers fell just short in the Division 1 league final on 14 June, losing to Rathnew 1-14:2-10.
A spate of injuries during the match didn't help the cause, and despite leading for most of the match, they were just overhauled at the end.
The lads will regroup and refocus for their championship opener against St Pat's on 11 July in Ashford.

U15 boys footballers off to a flyer
The U15A boys football team have started out their championship campaign with a strong performance and a gritty win.
Against a strong, hard-running St. Patrick’s team, Eire Og came up with some great tackling, blocking and saves when needed and took their scores at vital times when the opportunities came.
Well done to all the team on the night & to the coaches Johnny Barry, Anto Bynre, Adrian Coyle and Diarmuid O'Boyle for steering the group forward.
