All eight adult teams in championship action

Across football, hurling, camogie and ladies football, we have eight adult teams this season. It's peak championship season at the moment, so all eight teams have been in the thick of championship action.

Our junior (2nd) hurlers have probably been the most impressive performers, having made an unbeaten start to their campaign. Unfortunately, for our senior (1st) men's football team, despite an excellent display and a big win in their final group match, they have now exited the championship.

Our first adult camogie team started their campaign with a win, and while our adult ladies footballers have suffered two narrow defeats, they are still in the hunt.

Junior A camogie

Our Junior A (first) adult camogie kicked off their Junior A Championship campaign on 15 August down in Kiltegan. These ladies gave a fantastic performance across the pitch and came away with a well deserved victory.

Junior hurling

Our second adult hurling team have made an unbeaten start to their championship, with two wins and a draw from their opening three matches. They were very close to making it three from three but were denied following a draw with Bray. Match report below.

Senior men's football

Despite a scintillating display which meant a huge win over Dunlavin, our senior men's football have bowed of their championship on scoring difference. In the end, it was a scoring difference of just two points which cost them.

Junior men's football

Our second adult men’s football team have qualified for the quarter-final of their championship courtesy of two wins over Hollywood and Dunlavin. The play Newcastle at home on 21 August at 7:30 pm in final group match.

Senior hurling

Despite two defeats to Carnew and Glenealy, our senior hurlers are still in with a chance of qualifying for the quarterfinals. If they beat Kiltegan in Ballinakill on Saturday, 23rd of August they can still progress

U10 boys loving life!

Our U10 boys are having a great summer.

They have been all over the county playing both football and hurling blitzes. From Arklow to Avoca, from Ballinakill to Bray, you'll find them giving it their all and most importantly, having fun!

This Friday, they're on home soil with a hurling blitz at Pairc Mhic Shuain de Barra. And they can't wait for it either!

11 club players in ladies football county panels

Hats off to the ELEVEN Eire Og girls who played for the LGFA Wicklow U13 development panel in a Leinster inter county blitz in Portlaoise last week. They all played great and the Wicklow teams were really successful in their matches.
