Annual General Meeting Tonight

Our club AGM takes place tonight, 21 November at 8 pm in the clubhouse.

This is your opportunity to learn more about how our club is run and to have your say.

And you won't get a job if you attend. Unless you want one!

St Davids and Templecarrig in double derby duel

Two of our local secondary schools, St Davids and Templecarrig faced off against each other this week at Pairc Mhic Suan De Barra in both boys junior and senior Gaelic Football.

In two exciting contests featuring many familiar faces who also play with the club, Templecarrig managed to come out on top in both matches and won the local bragging rights!

It's really positive to see our local schools compete in Gaelic Games. A special thanks to Aoife Murphy and Sean Sullivan, our Games Promotion Officers and to the teachers in the schools who give their time.

Latest Christmas Draw Winners!

Our next weekly prize draw in our Christmas fundraising raffle is Saturday, the 23rd. So be sure to get your tickets.

Last week's prize winners were Ronan Leonard, John Commons and Eamonn Duffy. There are lots of great prizes including sizeable cash amounts, weekends away, All-Ireland tickets and more.

As well as raising funds to contribute to running our club and improving our facilities, this year, some of the income from the draw will be donated to Pieta.

Tickets are just €5 per book, with weekly prize draws every Saturday ahead of the main draw on 20 December in The Carraig.

Rince Seit team qualify for Leinster Scór Final

Last Sunday in Oulart Community Hall in Wexford, our Rince Seit team and solo singer competed in the Leinster Scor semi-final.

There was elation for the Rince Seit team who progressed to the final. However, despite a beautiful rendition of 'I Know my Love' our club's solo singer and Wicklow champion, Kitty McLean bowed out. A huge well-done thought for getting this far.

The Leinster Final takes place in Summerhill, County Meath, on Saturday, November 30.

Weekly fundraising lotto rises at €10,800

Our weekly jackpot stands at a nice €10,800. Buy a ticket, match all four numbers and the cash is yours! Just like some of our previous lotto winners.
