Easter Camp 2025

Our Easter Camp is now open for booking.

For: Club members in U6-U13 age groups
What: Football and hurling/camogie
When: 22-24 April
Time: 10 am-2 pm
Cost: €50
Bring: Lunch, rain gear, hurley, helmet and gumshield.

County call-ups

It is always an honour for the players and for our club when our members are called up to represent Wicklow.

Recently, several of our juvenile members were selected for county camogie and football teams.

Two of our minor camogie players Aoibhinn and Ciara played for Wicklow against Cavan recently. Five of last year's U13 boys footballers Scottie, John Dexter, Chris and Cillian have been selected for the county U14 team, while Dexter and Donnacha have been selected for the U14 hurling panel.

Also, in ladies football, Teegan McGillion has been named U14 Wicklow panel.

Ongoing work at Páirc Mhic Súain de Barra

At Éire Óg, Greystones, we strive to maintain and develop our facilities at Pairc Mhic Suain de Barra.

This week, several projects were advanced:

Repair of ball netting behind the goals on the main pitch
Both pitches, drained, sanded and spread with fertiliser
Work on a water pump which will be used to water the pitches
Dugouts were removed to be replaced
Area for new spectator terrace dug out
Work started on a new community walking track which will encircle our main pitch.

It's great to see competitive fixtures back on and coming think and fast! There are seveal exciting fixtures this weekend at Pairc Mhic Suain de Barra, so get down and support!

You can now register and pay for the 2025 season.

You must be registered before you are back playing or training in order to be covered for any costs associated with any injury incurred.

Weekly fundraising lotto rises at €12,000

Our weekly jackpot stands at a nice €12,000. Buy a ticket, match all four numbers and the cash is yours! Just like some of our previous lotto winners.

Last week’s winning numbers were 2, 9, 14 and 23. Darren Hayden and Rebecca Gray won the weekly cash prize.
