Membership 2024

This year, for the first time since 2019, we have reluctantly decided to increase our membership fees.

In the last five years, the everyday costs associated with running our club, such as fees to our affiliate bodies, insurance, maintenance, equipment and public liability to name but a few, have increased significantly. Therefore, we need to increase our membership fees to enable us to cover the basic operating costs of the club.

We’d like to emphasise that any income we derive from other sources such as rental or fundraising is ringfenced to invest in future capital projects aimed at improving and expanding our facilities. These funds will not be used for the day-to-day running of the club.

We hope you understand the rationale behind the increase, and overall, we feel that we offer good value for money. If anyone does find paying membership fees challenging, please contact us and the matter will be dealt with in confidence.
