Good Win for Junior B Men’s Footballers: Our Junior B (second) adult men’s football team have maintained their 100% record in their championship group. They had a convincing away win over Newtown last Thursday. Following another victory over Newcastle, they have now won three out of three of their matches, and are looking strong to qualify for the next phase. Read a match report HERE.

Dave O’Regan Memorial Blitz: This weekend in memory of our friend Dave who passed away tragically last year, we’re holding the Dave O’Regan Memorial Blitz.

Dave was a coach, mentor, and one of the driving forces behind the huge growth of the club in recent years. He was passionate about increasing the participation of girls in sport, and the importance of creating a fun sporting environment for players of all ages.

  • Sunday, 3rd September
  • 400 girls from seven clubs attending, it’s sure to be a fantastic day of camogie and fun.
  • Under 8s, 9s and 10s start at 10:45, followed by a BBQ and music at lunchtime, and Under 11s and 12s at 2:30 pm

Get down and enjoy. If you can help in anyway, email me via the address below.

Mentors and Members in County Action: We’re always proud when club members represent the county. And last weekend was a particularly memorable example as we had both players and coaches wear the blue and gold of Wicklow. The county’s U15 hurlers won the Stephen Dorrigan Cup following impressive victories over Roscommon and Armagh. One of the team mentors is club coach extraordinaire Jim D’arcy and we had no fewer than four players on the team! Image Hosted by PicturePush - Photo Sharing
